Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.

The store will cover all return shipping costs if the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, including:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the steps above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate, new purchase for the desired item through our website.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our warehouse, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Mada, Visa, Mastercard) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
